Jim Anthony – Founder | Owner
Jim Anthony spent over 25 years successfully selling for Fortune 500 companies like Dell, Oracle and Hilton Hotels. Throughout his career, he became enamored with the technology side of sales and marketing. In fact, he even became a CBT Nuggets Salesforce trainer and a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator.
He is now leveraging his sales experience with technical acumen to help emerging growth companies, real estate investment companies, and investment funds raise capital and brand their corporate image.
Jim serves in the Kairos Prison Ministry and also on the Board of Directors of an Indiana-based water non-profit called Water For Good (WFG) which has drilled and maintains more than 1,500 wells in the Central African Republic – now the poorest country in the world. WFG provides water on a daily basis to over 10% of the population (500K people). Jim serves on the Board with Todd Colpron (So-Mark Board Chair) working with WFG CEO Dr. Richard Klopp who is also a So-Mark Development Advisory Board member.
Jim is a graduate of Butler University, Certified Salesforce Administrator and he is also CompTIA Network+ and Mobility+ certified.
Todd Colpron – Advisory Board Chair
Todd Colpron began his career in the investment world as a licensed registered representative with securities broker/dealer Piper Jaffray. He is a serial investor and has 20+ years of business development, strategic planning and capital raising. He is Chairman of the Advisory Board for So-Mark Development.
He is also the Vice President for Business Development for Indie Power Systems – an energy storage and microgrid solutions company based in Plano, TX. IPS was selected by Toyota to design and build the world’s first microgrid integrating secondary-use hybrid batteries.
Mr. Colpron serves on several boards including the Advisory Board for the Richard G. Lugar Center for Renewable Energy at Indiana University and Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI). He also serves on the Advisory Board of Attune Medical, a Chicago-based medical device company. Attune Medical developed the first-ever medical device to control body temp from within and the only medical device on the market that heats and cools the patient. The company recently closed a Series C funding for $16M.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of Indiana-based water non-profit Water For Good (WFG) with So-Mark Development founder Jim Anthony. Mr. Colpron is also a long-standing member of InfraGard – a public-private partnership between U.S. businesses and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and a member of the Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center. In 2014, Mr. Colpron was selected and completed the NREL (National Renewable Energy Laboratory) Executive Energy Leadership Institute. He is an Eagle Scout (Boy Scouts of America).
He donates his time to the Hamilton County (Indiana) Jail Ministry and working with the Institute for Philanthropic Excellence based in Clifton Park, NY.
